..Countdown In the "Libe"..

Finally. After the long wait to get in, I took my rightful place and started surfing. But only now because I don't have anything to do (except continue writing this little novel I'm in the state of writing right now...) except to go home and sleep.

As the timer ticks down my remaining lifeline of seconds of usage here, I found the chance to check my blog, and, I am happy, that someone actually wrote in my cbox (*sniff*) it makes me so happy (*sniff*) Ah.. Well, I'm really not into online gaming anymore (I retired, you see), since I need to upgrade my grades (and get that delicious well-paid OJT in germany in my fourth year) See? It's a nice goal... And even better than paying for playing (Which, sadly, I now consider as a waste of time, money, and mental energy [mana point, kumbaga] hehe..) and other past-time activities... (It might interest you, though, that my trusty kapitbahay recently got a haul of pirated D_Ds that I'm actually anxiously waiting for the right time (to watch 'em...).

Oh well, I thought I could still play around in the forums (of PW, I guess) but it's not nice to meddle around in things I don't know have any knowledge in... My my...

Watch out for me..=)

..First Semester..

Geez... Look at my grades. . . "not enough" He he he.

Looks like my first dip on this path of higher education got me wet enough to know where the deepest part is. Patience, as usual.

Patience to wait for the next class, patience through the class, trying to look as attentive as possible (and hence, the pa-pogi points to the teachers), patience through the bitter struggle for the perfect scores (which I really can't reach in my level of 'determination'), patience through the tough times at home, in school, and in the world between the thirty minute ride from both places, patience through the long lines in the cashier's place, assessment, registrar, the dean... Patience through hardships in my own inner universe, and in the turmoils of linking this universe to that of others. Patience to the blockheaded blockmates, patience to them who I have extended courtesy to tutor through their hard times, patience enough for friends who I have to drag out of cafes so that they won't get late, and patience to tell them that school's more important than defending the ancients... And patience to their irrational explanations of the opposite.

Well, that generally covered all of the places where I need patience in, except the need to be patient because I still have a long way to go before I graduate. (hehehe)

Also, I haven't returned to gaming (luckily) so, I'm not playing anymore (yep.) I mostly spend time on wikipedia (and the like) nowadays (like today).

alright. that's it for this quarter, 10715474, logging out.

-Et Sum: First Quarter-

Okay. First of all, I have just read the sad news (reminds me of how engaged I am right now... haven't checked on the game for two months...) August Six?!? Three PM?!? Hwow.

So, triggersoft had stopped developing ROSE when LU launched F2P. (I think I didn't take the news seriously back then)

So, What happened to Starry? Well, I was busy (very, very...) on my degree... Not to mention my PC's memory got damaged (I don't know why) and well... I have been "very" unable to use it since err... June 16, I think. (I am typing this in a cafe right now)

Ooh! And I just visited my blog because I have just finished encoding my report in Humanities...

Our midterm's next week (err... And I am buried under my not-so-thick notes and textbooks) And I am having a good time re-studying everything...

..Sigh.. Back to the ROSE issue... It was a fun while - while it lasted.. Hmm... I don't have time to play games anymore nowadays though...

I'm planning to visit every blog I have here in the sidebar... Guys? Good luck on your own paths of destiny!!!

Summer's End

Just a few hours more, and I'll be wearing a school uniform again. *Sigh*

I longed to go back to school when summer started. . . But now... I don't know... Laid back is better than trying to sit straight on history classes... But then, the atmosphere of the classroom... Seeing my friends. I just can't help but smile at the thought of seeing them again.

It's such a posh I was unable to finish something this summer. And I still regret not doing something last s-year... *sigh* Always looking back to the past... Typical me.

Enough of that, I have foreseen what's going to happen and have posted appropriately in the board(s) Hee hee! (As if anyone will bother)

The story has (in the draft) reached episode seven in the draft and I have put up the design of the next episode already. But I'll just cut it to episode six (the 'turning point' of the laid-back plot- I mean initial plot that has no action in it) so that it'll be much easier to turn back just in case I decide not to go off with my current plans.

Hmm... I ran out of time today.. So I'll be cutting off some of my extra time tomorrow (further complicated by grandma's birthday) and regain lost time. It's hard when I don't have a phone... Clockwork is just too unreliable.

..Countdown..

..If you didn't know, yesterday was June 6, the umm... D-day anniversary. He he.

Ok. The ROSE boards and the pROSEGURU boards are getting cold. SO, I entered the PExing scene.
Well... At least it's a bit livelier. He he he!

I'm still at the 34% mark in the 4gig download.. Geez! I get less than 10% (5% yesterday) for a whole day (9am-8pm) of downloading it!

Primarily because I only have >10 peers and >3 seeds. Haay...

I'm stuck in the sixth episode of my fanfic. I can't decide what to do next.. (I mean.. What happens next..) Hee hee!

Yes, school has started once again. But.. Well... My college's first day is still a few days from now. Hee hee!

Umm... The boards have been deserted lately! I can't even post the continuation of my fanfic because no one's [ut up something yet. (after the first episode) LOL

I'll put up a longer post later. hee hee! (Oh! And I'm downloading a 4gig file right now. I'm still at 15%, after three days...

Purge the PC!!!

Wooh! My schedules are getting tighter by the minute. And my hours online are being cut too! I have been expecting this, of course. But well... It's such a change for me... And I can't keep my mind from wandering off! Hee hee!

Well, yesterday. I was out for the day... I had a quick trip to my uncle's place and stayed there for a day. For what? Well.. Secret. But it was like... 1900 there. Hwee hee! No TV, no PC! and when I came home... No Electricity! Oh well... At least I'm not at the height of my temper. Patience. Hee hee! Well, the electrons flowed again, and I popped my PC on and read what I missed.

I'll be posting more of something later on.. hee hee!

Candlelit Conversation

We got a short brownout early this evening... Which was a complete surprise. So, we lit up a the last candle that remained, and stayed in the living room. The house seemed different, lit by the flickering soft flame. We gazed at each other, feeling the eeriness of the night, gazing upon the shadows that played on our faces. We were silent, the only sound coming from the dripping of the rain from the gutter, for we did not know what to do. A phone lit up and beeped once. I read through the message and put the gadget back on the table. A light breeze blew, the candle flickered again, the warmth left me.

The clock ticked off the seconds. It was almost six. But the sky, covered with clouds, denied us of the sun, and it looked as if it was late already. I looked at the other person again, and formed the words in my mind, planning to write them down when the power returned, and I, back home. I crossed my arms, trying to warm myself up. Outside, the rained started pouring again. The phone lit up and beeped again, but I did not pick it up. My companion looked at the glow intently, then at me, eyes asking me why I did not bother.

I ran my fingers through my hair and looked at the ceiling, at the lamp, dark and powerless. The other person moved, and stood up, looking outside. The whole area was dark, I knew. My companion sat down again, and looked down. My eyes focused at the flame again. Insects were flying around, attracted to the light, yet killed by it.

A sudden flash of light erupted from the lamp above us. The power returned. I looked at the other person, and stood up, and went to the door, passing by him. I reached for my damped umbrella. A hand held mine, and I looked at him. The candle's flame was no more, for it was useless compared to the lamp that emitted a much brighter light.

I motioned him that what he was planning to do wasn't needed. He looked at me, and I nodded.

Minutes have passed. I'm home, but still recalling each moment...

Sunday, Sunday... Sundae!!!

The monsoon season has started... Yeah. It rained yesterday, and the days before that. I'm pretty stuck indoors... I hate mud. Hee hee! The weather's cold now too! So, I'm contenting myself drinking coffee (an addiction of mine) even before bedtime! (Yeah! I can sleep!)

My aunt bought some load last friday (woo hoo!) and luckily, *someone* had load too.. So, we texted umm.. for a good while (yesterday afternoon) and my cuz took the opportunity to play. Hee hee!

I have also noticed that my typing speed has increased... Although I still have a hard time when I try to take my eyes off the keyboard (and my hand position is wrong too.. but it's how I do it. Hee hee!) but at least I can now type my passes instinctively. Hee hee!

I cleaned off my room yesterday. . . And now, it is still a mess. Hee hee! Oh.. And my friends say I gained weight in general.. Hee hee! I lost and gained this summer.. So umm... I won't post it here. Hee hee!

*Boom* (Dead Ends and Wrong paths)

Friday Morning.

I'm supposed to be at school again.. Haay... So. . . I'm here, I ran short of money to complete the enrollment procedure. . .

Ahahaha! I'm also worried about the RP... Chances are, I won't be able to go online for a week! *(not only online, but use the PC too)* I think I'll just let Nanao drag me around a bit...

Hey! So, what was I doing this week? Hmm... Running around to finish the enrollment, of course. I planned to meet someone, but Umm... Well.. We didn't meet. Oh.. And I'm off playing offline games again. So, I'm not online for hours at a time. My connection's still off a bit. . .

Oh! And it rained yesterday. The ground's still a bit muddy outside. Hee hee!

I think I'll get a flu if I'm not careful (I get sick at this season...)!

So, what does the title mean? Umm... The dead ends and wrong paths are the reason why we're off with this fiasco right now. And it's bad.

Monday.. Night.

Ok! I'm writing off my monday's summary blog. First off, Three new people came by and read through. Hee hee! Thanks guys! Two of them were from QC (umm... in theory) and one was a Smart Bro user (like me) so umm... He was untraceable... Anyway, at least I know someone else reads through except me..

Ok... I got my ID pics now. I got "shot" at the mall, and was alone for the whole hour of waiting for it to be processed. That's when I remembered what I told myself not so long ago; That I should never wander around in the mall alone. Hee hee! I won't tell you why. Anyway, while waiting, my attention was caught by a book sale (*Wee!*) I love book sales! They are free to read! Hee hee! So, picked one (it was a math book) and started browsing through... Until I realized an hour and a half have past. Hee hee!

I set off to the imaging center again and claimed my pics. It was well past lunchtime by then, and I was thinking if I should eat in the mall or not, when I met "someone" who was generous enough to treat me. Hee hee! Ok, not much, but it was something to chew (I found it hard to eat, for some reason) and combat the gutom with. Ok... So he was in a hurry (duhh... *STAY!!!*) So we parted ways (outside, in the jeepney stop...) because he was umm.. nice enough to take me there. Hee hee!

Later on, I found out he was around because he was looking for.. Something. Oh! And my cp was confiscated (LOL) it wasn't mine, I just borrowed it. (I lost mine... *stolen* *sniff...) So I'm pretty out of coverage Area for now... Hee hee! I told my friends to text me via my mom's, so they're cautious. Hee hee!

Mondaaay! OMG!

Ok... So forget my plans for yesterday, I was "unable" to get a picture of myself, nor was I photographed. Hee hee! I was umm... Doing some other task, which (I felt) was far more enjoyable, but not as important (hee hee!) as getting an ID photo.

Hmm.. I'm off to enroll today, though I'm already late (for the morning) Hee hee... I'm going to be busy until further notice (hopefully, I'll be done by Wednesday) Hee hee!

Ooh! I'm gonna see my old CMs today (classmates) Hee hee!

Blog Improved!

Whew! Finally, I got a cbox on my blog... Hee hee! Thanks to Wayne, who umm... Did the putting it himself. And now that I know how to put in THOSE things in my blog, I umm... Have added other special "elements" To it too!
(like the blank Hello and Welcome) Hee hee! Well, Special thanks to Wayne (I'm too lazy to change my pass)..

Ok... It's still a bit early. I'll be off to umm... Get a 2x2 ID pic of myself later, (for my school ID) and then maybe post a continuation for the MotR (link's on the sidebar)... In the meantime, I'll be posting around to improve my stats. Hee hee!

busy busy busy

Long time no blog! Well, primarily because I was bust the last two days, and that I'm off trying to increase my posts in the boards by playing-Mod there.. (woo! I miss being a mod in *toot*) Anyway, so, ano naba nangyari?

>Friday:
got up early, went to school and, as expected, there were aLOT of people already. Luckily, as always, I arrived at the right time, because when I came up to the clinic door, the nurse's assistant came out and started handing out numbers! Wahahaha! You should've seen the expressions of those that arrived before me when he gave me the first number! Mwahahaha!
Anyway, after that commotion, those that got the umm.. later to be called priority numbers went off to walk around the campus... Then the assistant came out again, coz he accidentally gave the larger numbers! so, umm.. I had a 45 first, then I received a 30! Hahaha! I imagined the others waiting in line, then seeing me coming out of the clinic, all done! And it came out just like that, and much more!

As usual, the whole physical exam takes a LOT of time to finish... So they cut(ted) the numbers they would call for the morning (their break was 11:30, then re-open at 1:00) to 35! Hahaha! So, all the others that were thirty-six and above had to wait again till one o'clock! Hee hee!

Anyway, while they were waiting (lunchless...) I went off to my uncle's place (in the other side of the city) to have some lunch... After the quick meal (of some canned tuna) I topped it with some tamarind-candy dessert, which I managed to get from the sari-sari store (with consent, of course)

Ok... I went out to finish my tasks for that day (at one-thirty) and headed straight to the hospital to get a chest x-ray... Well, it appeared the rest of the students went off to that same hospital, so the radiologist was having a hard time drying the films (I had fun looking at them while waiting), encoding the results of the x-ray (which had to be done one by one for each person), operating the x-ray, and applying the chemical solution to it. And yes, he was alone. So, the whole thing got lazily boring (but I had some fun looking at the drying films). Luckily, some guy left (purposefully?!?) and I was then able to sit down.

Then, the time came and he called me to enter. He looked at my clothes (the torso area...) intently, as if searching for something. Wooh! If he wasn't critical for my getting a chest x-ray, I would've killed me for looking at me like that. Anyway, I found out he was looking for metal stuff in my clothes. I didn't have any, so he led me to the x-ray, where he told me to stand in front of some metal plate, take a deep breath, while he ran away to somewhere behind me. I closed my eyes as I imagined millions upon millions of harmful "radiation" pass through my body. It was done surprisingly fast though, and I was told to come back today for the results.

Hmm... Wait. Adding up something, the whole physical examination was really PHYSICAL. After filling up that damned meticulous form (which asked as if we ever drank a tablet of Paracetamol, or if we have experienced an illness called "FLU") We entered (one person at a time) to the head nurse (who was an aging lady)... She began to ask me questions in a different language, and realized she wasjust talking too fast. I managed to decode some of her words, and said "no ma'am" (she was asking me if I have experienced a shock or a seizure before) then another set of hyper-fast questions, which were all answerable with no. Really. She was asking me if I have experienced unusual stuff regarding my health. Ok, it was for my own good, so I'm happy. Anyway, next, she told me to strip. Hee hee! Yes, take off all of my clothes except underwear. I was very much prepared for that.. I wore a set that was easy to take off and pull back on. Hmm... Standing with only my underwear on... Certainly, I wouldn't have done it if she was a man, or if the door was a slit open. She told me to lie down on the umm.. bed. She put the stethoscope on her ears and began hastily placing that cup like thing over various places of my torso. Then, I was told to sit on the bed while she searched for stuff with her stethoscope on my back. The she ordered me to open her mouth, then she searched for stuff on my eyes. Hee hee! That was the weirdest clinic activity I have ever experienced. I was praying they would just accept medical certificates from other doctors... But now that I'm done, I'm very much happy now.

>Saturday (today)
I was off rather early today, having been forced to umm... Sleep in the other house (which is adjacent to our house, by the way) because we had visitors. (ooh.. I forgot to add that to the part about yesterday...) Anyway, our family is a huge fan of traditional medicine. (You must see our garden of herbal remedies and the sorts...) And we have recently acquired the services/ acquaintance of a very good "manghihilot" or umm.. Massage therapist specializing in the treatment of various diseases and illnesses, as well as phenomena unexplainable by science... Wooh! So, they talked until about twelve. But by that time, I was well asleep, because I slept at nine (I was feeling ill after everything that happened)...

Ok. So on to what happened on Saturday, or rather, today. I went to the hospital to get the result of my x-ray. Unfortunately, the radiologist only gave me the results, and not the umm.. picture of my chest as it appears under x-ray. (I would've loved to have it framed behind a lamp here in my room... But, Oh well..) So, with the pink sheet of paper on hand, I rode off to the clinic again... There were much more people there than yesterday, the fans in the ceiling were just circulating the heat. Luckily, I found a tall friend (whose umm... head was well above everyone else's) who gave my results to the assistant. I thanked him and went home. The time was about 2 o'clock. Oh! I didn't go straight home; I went to the nearby mall (which, if compared to the other malls in the metro cities, is just a grocery..) and bought a few treats for myself. Ok. Then I went home. I was a bit surprised to find my monitor a little warm, and asked my cousin who used it. It wasn't him, of course, for it was clear he was fresh from slumber then. It must have been my other cousin, who didn't sleep, supported by the presence of two error messages that were caused by a game I didn't play anymore.

Ok! So, after knowing who somehow decoded my brain and figured out the password, I changed the access code to a much more complicated one, and went off straight to the roseboards, where I read a post that said that the DC was no more. Happy, I logged in and found out it was true. I played around with my level 24 bow hawker, finished a quest (I mean a part of a quest) and stopped upon reaching 26. Oh! and I found that Mr. Leg panda was talking about in the JP market, and I took a SS of it. Hee hee! At least I get a post up for it. Oh. And HeavenFlung (my hawker) is my highest-leveled character in pola, because I started off in Sirius, where StarrySlash is 59... Hee hee.. I'm gonna be a noob forever.

Oh! And about rose, I tried to plus my red beret hat to 4. It failed once, but I finally got it the second time around. Hee hee hee!

What a long post to cover two days of my life.. Hee hee!

Yey! It Looks Fine Now!

Wooh... I finally got the other parts up (and the background centered), after a few trial and error errors!

So, what have transpired today? Hmm... The MotR is running fine, though I can't think of a nice thing to post (and yes, my character there is still sleeping, while the city is getting torn apart literally...) Hee hee!

Mah First Post Ever!!!

Hello Everyone! This is my first post for my very first blog!
Well, I gotta finish the layout first, but... I need to write down something, of course!

I wonder until when I can do this blog thinggie...
I even wonder what caused you to read this! So, what did?

Ahaha... Wait... There are no emoticons around here.
Hmm.. Gotta add those soon! I'm off to bed (I am ON my bed hee hee...)

Until next time!
